print_stocklist
---------------
Print info on all items in stock list (one line per item)

  - Print heading
  - For each item in the stock list starting with the first item
    until the last item
      - Print the item information


new_item
--------
Read in itemcode, description, wholesale_price, retail_price
  for a new store item (initial qty_in_stock = 0) and add it
  to the stock list.  
  
  - Prompt for and read in values for itemcode, description, wholesale price,
    and retail price
  - Create a new store item initalised with values read in for itemcode,
    description, wholesale price, retail price, and with initial qty in
    stock = 0
  - Add new item to end of stock list


item_report
-----------
Read in an itemcode and report information about the item.

  - Read in itemcode
  - Find item in stock list
  - Print item information


sell_item
---------
Sell an item in some quantity:
  read in the itemcode and quantity sold; print receipt;
  update qty_in_stock.

  - Read in itemcode
  - Find item in stock list
  - Read in quantity sold
  - Print a 'receipt' giving itemcode, description, quantity sold, 
    unit price, total price paid
  - Update qty in stock


receive_delivery
----------------
Receive delivery of some quantity of a store item:
  read in itemcode and quantity received; update qty_in_stock.

  - Read in itemcode
  - Find item in stock list
  - Read in quantity delivered
  - Update qty in stock


value_stock
-----------
Report total wholesale value of stock.
